Describe your style in no more than 3 words. Timeless, Serene.
What do you sell in Fabrication? Framed and mounted landscape photographs and greetings cards.
How long have you had your own business and what made you start it? I’ve been taking photographs for about 12 years, I started taking pictures as a way of improving my understanding of film production, but enjoyed the photography process so much I stuck with it.
What is your workshop / studio like? I take photos around Yorkshire primarily and edit at home on a custom built PC.
What are your beverage and snack of choice when working? Chicken Katsu curry every week without fail.
What do you find the biggest challenge of running a micro-business? Currently the hardest thing is to find time to go out and take photos with 2 young children at home.
If you could go back in time, what would you tell a younger you? Bet everything you’ve got on Greece to win the 2004 European football championship.
What advice would you give to someone who’s just starting out? Don’t give up and use the work of others as your inspiration.
Why did you join Fabrication, and how long ago? I joined Fabrication about 3 years ago as it was a great opportunity to put my work in the public eye.
