Our main tutor is Dawn Wood, who also runs the company Ages Of Elegance. Dawn was trained as a fashion designer many moons ago, and as well as her own label selling mens and women's clothing and lingerie, also makes bespoke bridalwear and specialises in historical clothing having made for films, theatre and Museums She has made everything from padded armour and trees to panto dames and Mr Darcy groomswear so is well versed in all types of sewing and also gives lectures in 18thc and regency clothing Being taught to knit sew and crochet at an early age and having a crafty mind means we have a wide and varied range of classes
