Jewellery Studio to rent in Leeds City Centre
Are you looking for a space to run your jewellery business ? As well as our rent-a-bench scheme for ad hoc jewellers we offer a permanent pod space for local jewellers, metalworkers and leatherworkers.
Bring your own furniture and equipment, taking the size of space needed to run your business. Alongside use of our shared equipment. Cost is dependent on size taken.
There are no additional costs for gas or electricity. Internet access is available. We have hot drink making facilities, but may ask for a small donation if you use the communal tea and coffee.
Space is currently available on our Jewellery Floor alongside our other jewellers and metalworkers. There are also casting, plating and electroforming facilities available, run by our studio technician
Also a chance to be added to our tutor pool and teach classes
Permanent tenants have 24/7 access and a secure locker, along with free wifi.

(£4 per hour) Use of shared tools, including hearth and blowtorch with gas, pickle, pillar drill, bench grinders. polishing motor and barrel tumbler. Small tools such as pliers, hammers, doming and swaging blocks and more are also available. We expect people to bring or use their own basic tools (saw, files, scribe/ruler etc), though these are available to hire for an additional single £5.00 charge.Day Passes - £15 per day/£4 per hour
This is the perfect option for you if you only have a small amount of work you would like to do. Come in and spend the day soldering and polishing and using our tools. While our studio is not necessarily open every day and evening, we’ll work together to find a day that suits you to come and work. Passes usually count as up to 8hrs of workshop time, between the hours of 10am and 8pm Mon to Fri. Weekends subject to availability.Own Studio Membership (£120 to £200 month) (2m x 3m or 3m x 3m) Larger dedicated workspaces are available on a monthly basis and is yours to utilise as you wish. Classes may be run in our workshop, subject to suitable insurance and our shared workbenches are available for use. Along with the above you also get the following as a monthly membership: A personal locker and bench are provided. Keys to access the studio when it suits you A listing in our members area where you can share your work, website or social links We have a minimum 6 month contract with monthly terms after the initial period.
