(£4 per hour) Use of shared tools, including hearth and blowtorch with gas, pickle, pillar drill, bench grinders. polishing motor and barrel tumbler. Small tools such as pliers, hammers, doming and swaging blocks and more are also available. We expect people to bring or use their own basic tools (saw, files, scribe/ruler etc), though these are available to hire for an additional single £5.00 charge.Day Passes - £15 per day/£4 per hour
This is the perfect option for you if you only have a small amount of work you would like to do. Come in and spend the day soldering and polishing and using our tools. While our studio is not necessarily open every day and evening, we’ll work together to find a day that suits you to come and work. Passes usually count as up to 8hrs of workshop time, between the hours of 10am and 8pm Mon to Fri. Weekends subject to availability.Own Studio Membership (£120 to £200 month) (2m x 3m or 3m x 3m) Larger dedicated workspaces are available on a monthly basis and is yours to utilise as you wish. Classes may be run in our workshop, subject to suitable insurance and our shared workbenches are available for use. Along with the above you also get the following as a monthly membership: A personal locker and bench are provided. Keys to access the studio when it suits you A listing in our members area where you can share your work, website or social links We have a minimum 6 month contract with monthly terms after the initial period. -
£5.00 – £30.00We offer ad hoc & permanent use of our Sewing Room in a variety of combinations You can rent just a machine/overlocker, a single cutting table, use of our iron and steamer, or a full sewing station from just £5ph adhoc. We also have some old workhorse domestic machines We also rent desk space and use of our 'Chill Zone' for a fitting room/rail space/rehearsal space/photography studio/meeting room Our sewing room rental is unassisted, if your project needs more technical help then please consider booking 1-1 tuition with a suitable tutor. If you are looking for a permanent space get in touch, our permanent space comes with your own key for 24/7 access There is a one off membership fee before your first use, and studio induction We are currently open for Sewing Room rental 11am-10pm on a Wednesday and Thursday, and 11-6 on a Saturday (unless there is a class booked in the facilities).
