Spooncarving – Knife Carving Workshop

Dave is an experienced woodcarver and has been running spooncarving sessions for the last 5yrs.
The 2hr session is an introduction to spooncarving and covers the knife skills required to safely carve your first spoon. You’ll be guided through the process as Dave shows you how to use the straight and bent knife whilst carving a prepared blank.
This increasingly popular engaging craft is suitable for all ages over 16.

The Fabrication shop has level access to the street. The class area is on the first floor accessed via 2 flights of stairs.
