Suitable for beginners but some previous craft experience is helpful.

Make your own miniature book. All the fun of bookbinding at a fraction of the size. This class will take your through the basics of making a miniature case binding, using book cloth and decorative paper. All materials will be provided but participants are very welcome to bring their own paper to incorporate into their bindings if suitable.

Create your very own tiny tome. Tomes can have jump rings added if you would like to turn your tome into a book themed necklace or brooch. A short fun class aimed at beginners.

This class will be held in Fabrication York at 19 Coney St, York YO1 9QL

Access: The Fabrication shop has level access to the street. The class area is on the first floor accessed via 2 flights of stairs. Toilets are on the first floor and accessed via three sets of fire doors. If you have any specific access queries, don’t hesitate to contact Anachronalia.

Create a needle-felted picture in this fun and relaxing 2 hour workshop with Brenda Christison from Felty and Fabulous. You will learn 2D needle felting techniques and produce your very own picture felted onto a piece of vintage blanket.
